YEOSU, SOUTH KOREA – In a move set to redefine the energy landscape of Eastern Europe, South Korean energy AI pioneer EIPGrid Inc. and Romanian energy project developer Eninvest Holding Realto SRL officially signed a Strategic Partnership & Distributor Agreement on April 21 during the ‘Global Green Hub Korea 2026’ event.
The signing ceremony, hosted by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) in the coastal city of Yeosu, marks the beginning of a powerful alliance aimed at deploying advanced energy-analytics and energy-saving AI solutions across Romania and the Republic of Moldova. The partnership combines EIPGrid’s world-class technological stack with Eninvest’s deep-rooted expertise in large-scale energy project design and local market navigation.
Under the terms of the agreement, Eninvest will serve as the lead distributor for EIPGrid’s flagship services, Power Sight and Energy Saver.
Both services leverages artificial intelligence to guide energy decisions, manage Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), optimize consumption patterns, generate significant energy cost savings and automate reporting, measurement and verification of energy and ESG performance, for field players such as commercials and industrials, local governments, energy consultants, franchises users.
